Torta Mela – 500gr
Prepare all with a base of soft shortcrust pastry (normally used only in pastry to make biscuits and small pastry products that will then be extremely crumbly and soft) that makes them not comparable with the industrial pies that are usually found in supermarkets.
Its filling is prepared by our confectioners: it is composed of pieces of apple, sultana raisins and apple and apricot jam.
Even the cover is made of soft shortcrust pastry.
