Prepare all with a base of soft shortcrust pastry (normally used only in pastry to make biscuits and small pastry products that will then be extremely crumbly and soft) that makes them not comparable with the industrial pies that are usually found in supermarkets.
A soft cream (without hydrogenated fats) with a chocolate flavor is distributed over the pastry base.
The cover is not of sponge cake: it is a melt paste that we aromatize to make it harmonious with the cream used. In addition, the coloring is given by dark chocolate that is melted and mixed with cocoa.Back
