Torta Fragola – 450gr

Prepare all with a base of soft shortcrust pastry (normally used only in pastry to make biscuits and small pastry products that will then be extremely crumbly and soft) that makes them not comparable with the industrial pies that are usually found in supermarkets.

A soft filling with a light strawberry flavor is distributed over the shortcrust base.
The cover is not of sponge cake: it is a dough that we flavor with the chantilly to make it harmonious with the filling used.
