member of and promotes the "CONSORZIO PER LA PROTEZIONE DEL MARCHIO
GUBANA", that safeguards the Producers of the specific production area
and dictates exact rules and ingredients for preparing the "Gubana".

| Since
just after the war, Mr. Attilio Vogrig produced "Gubane" and cakes in
the bakery of Clodig, a small hamlet in the Natisone Valleys. In 1965,
the first Contest among "Gubana" Producers was held; it offered an
opportunity of making the product known even beyond the local area. It
was such a success that in 1972 the production was moved to Cividale
del Friuli. 1975 is the year of the first turning point, when the sons,
Lucio and Natalio, begin working for the Company, bringing fresh force
and innovative ideas, and thrusting it towards a quick expansion. In
1979 the turnover is growing constantly, and it forces the Company to
find new, larger premises, more suitable for the new requirements of
the customer basis, which, at the same time, was growing larger and
larger. In 1981, another significant turning point: "Gubana Vogrig di
Lucio e Natalio Vogrig S.n.c." (an unlimited partnership) was born,
and, finally, in 2003, "Vogrig L. & C. S.r.l." is established. This
is the latest chapter of a constantly developing history. Today, the
Company is the largest Italian producer of "Gubane" and of a varied
range of high-quality oven confectionery products. It is run by the
son, Lucio, and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art 2,000 sqm.
