VOGRIG began by producing the typical product, the "Gubana", with handicraft procedures. In time, it developed a constantly growing attention for the needs of its direct customers and of the final consumers. By obtaining the procedure certification in compliance with the EN UNI ISO 9001:2000 guidelines, the Company could systematize the surveying of the requirements by different kinds of customers: such as the great and small distributors, the hotels, the restaurants, the bakery and confectionery shops. Then these requirements were compared with the customer satisfaction over time. All of this has allowed the Company to develop a wider production capability, while maintaining handicraft criteria and formulas. This brought to products in different sizes, always suitable for the different occasions of consumption, and to a packaging that is suitable for preserving the product and making it appealing.
